If you or your church would like to learn how to help people overcome addictions consider Lifeline Connections. Lifeline Connection is training with Debra Davis of One Voice. One of the goals of Lifeline is to offer clients with a faith-based alternative to groups mandated by the new concept of drug court. Also, offering help to those who are not able to go to residential rehab, or ready to go, or even needing to go. Many of the inmates being to through corrections ministry, prefer and need encouragement and accountability, but choose not to go into a residential program because of the time already served by incarceration, and excess of loss of family and work time. Each Lifeline ministry is unique and adjusts to the uniqueness of their community and regional needs.
This seminar is FREE and open to anyone wishing to attend. The seminar will educate members of the community and is required for those who will be trained as small group facilitators.
